Khloé Kardashian Slams Rumors She’s Doing an Extreme “Post-Baby Diet"

Khloé Kardashian gave birth to True Thompson just two months ago, and in the short time since there has (unsurprisingly yet upsettingly) been a lot of conversation around her body. While the 33-year-old new mom often posts pictures and videos of her workouts to social media, it still doesn't give people the right to question her lifestyle choices, mainly recent claims that she's lost too much weight too quickly. Now, Kardashian is slamming those rumors and reports about her weight loss and fitness choices.

"I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets," she tweeted on Monday. "It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food." She continued, "Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting [sic] results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals [sic] own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness [sic]." Lastly, she ended with a note of encouragement: "To you out there, don’t give up!! Everyday is a new day to find your rhythm."

Kardashian has kept her fans updated with her post-natal workout routine. Six weeks after giving birth, the Good American co-founder posted pictures from a gym session with her trainer. “The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you’re pushing your body so hard, you’re so tired, and you’re trying to get back into your rhythm,” she said in a Snapchat video, per People Magazine. “It’s much more difficult than I think you expect it to be. I’ve been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore because it’s re-waking itself back up."

She also previously addressed haters who said she was going too hard in the gym too quickly. “What I’m annoyed about is that I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that, you know, they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body, but the truth is, I’ve worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do,” Kardashian said just a few weeks after giving birth. “Just because I have a baby doesn’t mean I have to stop doing the things that I love, and I love working out and getting my mind right,” she said.

To sum it up? Let Khloé live.
