Gout: tomato, trigger a seizure

Foods such as meat and innards can trigger a gout attack, alcohol should also be included. Tomatoes, you would not expect in this list rather. However, many Gout sufferers are of the opinion that they cause you to have seizures. A study from new Zealand supports this observation.

Tomatoes provide according to the study, for a higher uric acid level in the blood, the main cause of a gout attack.
