We all want more calm, happiness, and gratitude in our relationships, but actor Hugh Jackman is giving a new meaning to finding your om in his 21-year marriage to Deborra-Lee Furness.
When People asked Hugh and Deborra at the National Night of Laughter and Song event what keeps them together, he revealed they meditate together.

“…Sometimes we have friends over to do it, too. It’s a lovely Sunday-morning thing. Everyone comes over, and then we have breakfast,” Deborra added.
Hugh and Deborra aren’t the only celebs known for their devotion to meditation. Gwyneth Paltrow encourages people to try yoga nidra meditation before bed. According to US Weekly, Kendall Jenner meditates to control her anxiety. And per People, Gisele Bündchen practices transcendental meditation.
If you’ve never tried it, consider giving meditation a shot—alone or ask your partner to participate, too. According to one 2017 study in JAMA Psychiatry, when two people practiced meditation-type exercises together, they reported a greater sense of social connection and less loneliness.
