Jeremy Soine Joins Ever Beauty

Jeremy Soine is now general manager and executive vice president at Ever Beauty, part of the Stella & Dot group of companies.
Ever makes skin-care and makeup products that are sold online and through a direct-sales force.
Soine was previously with Rodan & Fields as vice president and head of U.S. sales, working with the company's independent sales consultants. Before that, Soine worked in the food and beverage business, managing brands including Barefoot Wine and Krave Jerky, which is now owned by the Hershey Co.
At Ever, he succeeds Ani Hadjinian, who was promoted to president of Stella & Dot in September. The company has several brands — in addition to Stella & Dot and Ever Beauty, it also owns Keep Collective. Each of the businesses is a direct seller — Stella & Dot sells accessories, Ever sells beauty products and Keep sells bracelets.
"Jeremy's impressive professional background spans across various functions and companies in different life cycles — from start-up, growth and expansion to maturity phase," Hadjinian said in a statement. "His experience leading teams to growth makes him the perfect partners for both our business model and brand trajectory."
