Dr Pimple Popper Removing A 'Cutaneous Horn' Is V Unsettling

And today in Insta clips guaranteed to make you spew, we bring you Dr Pimple Popper (aka, LA-based dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee’s) finest work to date: a cutaneous horn removal.

For the uneducated, this is actually just another term for a benign wart, although they can be cancerous or precancerous. Generally, they’re made of keratin (the protein present in the top layer of our skin) and can vary in size, colour and location on the body.

Today, however, Dr Pimple Popper has her sights on a 1 cm-long gnubbin-esque growth on her patient’s lower arm.

Exhibit A:

“That thing’s cuuute,” she says, while flicking the damn thing back and forth. “I think if you let this grow longer you’d have like an extra grabber to grab things.”

Then, the removal part happens.

Using a scalpel knife thingy (official term, obvs), Dr Pimple Popper slices it off in one fluid movement. Yup. Just like she’s cutting up an apple.

Witness the magnificence in all its glory below (and thank us later.)
