Kylie Cosmetics Is Launching 28 Eye Shadow Singles for Its First-Ever Customizable Palette
Kylie Cosmetics is proving that you don't need to drop new shades in order to spark new excitement about your eyeshadow — if "you" are Kylie Jenner, at least. On Thursday evening, the brand revealed that it's launching a large, empty, customizable palette that you can fill with the brand's first-ever eye shadow singles, all of which will be shades familiar to Kylie Cosmetics collectors.
"Dropping 28 eyeshadow singles tomorrow + our first ever KYLIE empty large palette so you can customize your looks," the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account said in a caption accompanying a photo showing the pink case filled with 28 circular pans of color. "Kylie has selected her favorite shades from previously sold-out and limited edition collections, as well as must-haves from existing palettes, to give you guys the perfect selection of shimmer, matte and satin shadows! Mix and match your favorites to create your dream palettes."
A second post shows the names of the all the shades, which appear to come from a range of palettes: Jack Frost (satin white with gold shimmer), Jasper (matte beige), Light Year (matte neon yellow), Pyrite (metallic olive green), New Year New Me (shimmering cool burgundy), Love Potion (hot pink), Matcha (metallic blue green), Quartz (metallic light gold), Hematite (matte chestnut brown), Starfish (matte papaya), Sandy (matte tan), Unwrap Me (matte burgundy), Mase (satiny red), Blizzard (shimmering mauve with blue-green flip), Sunshine, (satin warm yellow), Topaz (matte taupe), Raspberry Sugar (metallic rose bronze), Goddess (brick red with red pearl), Bible (deep plum), Turning Violet (deep matte violet), Buzz Off (metallic taupe), Slay (metallic gold), Sweet Like Honey (warm orange), Party Time (soft clay), Island Girl (metallic teal), Royal (satin bright blue), Frosty (shimmering silver), and Loves Me Not (dark mauve-y brown).
These colors come from a range of palettes, including Naughty, Nice, Purple, Bronze, Royal Peach, Blue Honey, Take Me on Vacation, Sorta Sweet, Eye of the Storm, Calm Before the Storm, and the Kourt x Kylie palettes.

Jenner herself reposted a photo of the palette, saying, "Can’t wait to see what looks you guys create with my new @kyliecosmetics customizable pro palette! ? I’m releasing 28 of my favorite shades from my collections from the last 3 years as single shadows, so you can customize your looks."
The Instagram posts don't reveal the prices, and there's no word whether or not the empty palette is magnetic and if more singles will be released to help those who want to fill it but don't want all 28 of these colors. But — hot tip — you can probably put other eye shadow singles in the empty Kylie Cosmetics palette and truly customize it for yourself with a mix of Kylie colors and other brands' shades.
