Where is the G-spot?
When trying to locate the sweet spot, it’s best to be as gentle as possible.
Women are urged to put their fingers inside their vaginas while making a “come here” motion.
This may not feel very comfortable to begin with, but experimenting with the different sensations could help you find what works for you.
Annabelle explained: “The G-spot lies on the anterior wall of the vagina, about 5-8cm above the opening to the vagina.
“It is easiest to locate if a woman lies on her back and inserts her middle finger into the vagina.
“The G-spot is on the top wall of the vagina halfway between the vagina opening and the cervix.
“The spot should feel a little rough, almost like the surface of a walnut.”
She added: “By using a ‘come here’ motion with the middle finger, a woman can stimulate the G-spot.
“The tissue surrounding the urethra, called the urethral sponge, will begin to swell.
“This swelling area is the G-spot.
“At first, this touch may make the woman feel as though she needs to wee, but after a few seconds may turn into a pleasurable sensation.”
Once you’ve located the elusive area and had some fun, you may want to get a little experimental.
Playing with sex toys, including ones specifically designed for the G-spot, could help to bring you to a more intense orgasm.
