Nyx Just Blessed Us With Not One, But THREE New Lip Products

It's pretty much common knowledge in the beauty world that Nyx Cosmetics is a beloved drugstore makeup brand. Not only is it totally accessible and affordable, but editors and bloggers alike tout the brand's high quality that some would say rivals the more expensive brands on the market. Nyx’s lip products, in particular, have earned major love and recognition, with some favorites being its Butter Glosses and the Soft Matte Lip Creams. Now, Nyx is adding three new products to the roster.

As first reported by Bustle, the brand dropped what it's dubbing Slip Tease Full Color Lip Lacquer and Suede Matte Lipstick on June 21 (though the Suede Matte Lipsticks won't be available online until July 3 — as of right now, you can only purchase them in Nyx Professional Makeup stores). Additionally, it extended its existing line of Suede Matte Lip Liners. There are now a whopping 72 shades in the collection.

Because the liners were such a hit with Nyx’s fans, the brand decided to come out with an entire line of lipsticks inspired by them. The new Suede Matte Lipsticks, much like the liners, will be matte with a velvety finish and will come in 24 shades (all of which have matching lip liners). As for the new Slip Tease Full Color Lip Lacquer, it appears we can expect an ultra-glossy, highly-pigmented formula in a wide range of shades like berry, crimson, burnt orange, beige, and more. Bustle also reported that the lacquers feel extremely hydrating on the lips and feature a delicious vanilla-mint scent.

It’s safe to say with these new launches, our lip game will be all set for the summer and beyond. With the impressive variety of formulas and shades, there’s something for everyone here. The best part? None of them will cost you more than $10 a pop, so your bank account won’t suffer. You can purchase the new Nyx offerings right now on the brand's website, though you'll have to wait until July 3 for the Suede Matte Lipstick.
